Join me for my signature flexibility class Stretch.Flex.Flow where I blend my 25+ years of dance, gymnastics, cheerleading and body building training to help you get stronger, healthier and more mobile! This class focuses on targeted exercises designed to improve your range of motion through strength. Suitable for all fitness levels - modifications will be provided.

*PLEASE NOTE* It is strongly recommended that you revisit class exercises on a daily basis. One class a week does not promote long-term results.

What you need: Yoga mat, yoga blocks, ankle weights, mobility bands - this will vary to the session.
